This looks so much as a Pit Fiend from D&D. Got inspired from there or was it a reflexive memory (one of those things you end up doing without realising)? ^^

Happens to me all the time when I'm giving names to my RPG characters. When I end up with a cool name, I try hard to figure out where did I hear it before. Lucky me if I haven't! XD
