I love the stance on it and everything. Has a real sence of presence. It looks like he just lost some friend or is just greiving over all the battles he goes through. alot you can pull from this great work.

it's all done on comp. i used a similar style awhile back with a drawing i did of a fancharacter named "longshot" (which i think is somewhere in this gallery).

He looks like a cross between Grimlock and Optimus Prime, which is rather cool. And the shading is really great: it adds a sort of water-color effect to him.
