Another option is to get a juicer than mix vegetable juice and fruit juice. The flavor of the fruit juice covers the flavor of the vegetable juice.

Wouldn't say all veggies, but in my opinion it certainly works for Brocoli and Spinach.
Molten cheese also helps improve the taste of asparagus, aubergine, courgette and such.

lots of dressing helps, or mixing them with meat to make them not taste as such. ye must trick yerself for yer better good
