I think it's the ribbon and the bright blue of her dress that make this image for me, as they both complement her hair and really pop compared to the rest of the colors in the image.

we shot for half an hour until i couldn't bend my fingers to manual focus anymore...

yes i know about that!!!! ones i was in NY, when i wanted to take a picture, even with my gloves i felt cold, so when i take it off for only take a single picture mas hand was shaking, but fortunately it went out fine
