I TEMPORARILY HAVE THE INTERHIGHWAYS. THANK YOU MEZZANINE WIRELESS CONNECTION.Anywho, I decided to do this a while back, but due to *certain* recent events, only now has my butt kicked back into gear.
These are for people who've been wanting to make Mermaid Melody Characters, but are at a loss and don't quite feel like they have a place to start, or for those who feel their character needs a new design.
The designs are fully adoptable, THE COLOR SCHEMES ARE NOT SET IN STONE. YOU MAY CHANGE THEM (it's just to give you a general idea), just tell me which one you want, I will take it off the market and it is all yours.
Also, if there is a design on there and you feel it already matches one you made too much, link me to your design and if it does match too much, I will take the design off of adoption.
Also, if you want me to design or suggest gloves, shoes or pure forms for these designs, just ask and I will deliver.

Here's my intended use:
If I were to get this design, I would use it for my male MMPPP OC, Red Pearl Voice. He's one of three OCs appearing in my planned fanfic, Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch: New Harmonies. He's still in development, but basically he is a bit of a pest and often teases Chloe about her tomboyishness and Risa about her hair. The only change I would make to the design is the color (I'd change it to shades of red).

I believe she was only curious if she could use the dress as inspiration, not the dress itself. I don't mean to meddle, but a simple explanation without getting hissy over it would have been more effective.

I know she meant that, but I told her no. Sometimes you get a 'no' in these situations when it comes to asking permission to base work off of another's. My designs are my designs, no matter who I give them out to in the end. And the person who I gave it out to preferred the design I gave to him not be copied as well.

I don't think she was trying to antagonize you in any way I believe she just asked if she could use the dresses as a concept. She was NOT going to use it. She even said she wouldn't do it. You have NO right to call her a brat especially since she was doing nothing but asking a simple question.

And Krispy did just say "no." The first time was quite polite "please." The second time was more forceful. The third time....seriously? It's obvious that being nice wasn't working.

Even so, there was another person in the 'no' decision as well. The person who I adopted the design to.
He doesn't want the design copied or designed off of as well, and that decision should be respected as well, I believe.
Even if it wasn't going to be 'used', it would still be posted and based off an idea that two parties did not want copied from.

I have a pretty good idea of what her idea is. She wants to design a dress based off of mine. As much as that could be flattering, I stand firm in mine, and the adopter's decision.

I'm working on a fanfic of a MMPPP season called Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Paradise!
And I already have made 5 characters ([link] The orange, strawbery-lime, aqua, purpel and deep blue) And I stil need an Gold and Ruby (girls) And I really like to use the purpel or blue one (of course in gold or ruby collors, like blue = ruby (orange and red) and purpel = gold (yellow and gold)) So is it Ok if I make some scketches of the characters in the dress/skirt and with the right collors to show what I mean?

Someone else already took the blue one, just FYI. And the red one, rules still apply. These designs are strictly for Mermaid Melody characters.

i really like the reddish one, and also the brown-ish ^^ the thing is i've never watched/read MMPPP so I don't feel confortable designing my OC

Ah okay. Thank you. I wanted to adopt it because my character is a bit tomboyish and I thought the design fit her. :3 Of course I will be happy as long as the design goes to a good home, so I won't mind if someone else gets it. After all, it's the artist's (ie your) decision and not mine. <3
And yes, if I do get the design I would LOVE for you to design boots/gloves and a Pure form to go along with it. I'm not too picky, so I'll be happy with whatever you come up with for me.
