Technically, perhaps...however, Kakashi has more experience, and his is named Lightning Blade because he once cut through a lightning bolt with it.

...and why are you angry? I simply named the jutsus correctly. Sasuke's is Chidori, and Kakashi's is Raikiri.

I know! They were wonderful to hang out with. The Kakashi cosplayer is now a good friend of mine on here. He is very sweet and let me wander around with him all afternoon on Saturday. It was a lot of fun being with him and his group. I don't know the Sasuke as well, but he was also very nice to me. Everyone in their group treated me like I was one of them. It was great!
