Just wondering, did you use a certain brush for the skin texture?

I used a normal default photoshop brush to colour in the base colours beige/orange beige then i used this "skin brush" which looks pretty much the like spray thing in Paint (windows) lol i didnt know how else to describe it, its like this dotted brush you can tell
