It has been SO LONG since I last did a megaman related thing, and I felt like getting back into that groove. so here we have good ol Shield Sheldon ( WHO NEEDS MORE FAN ARTZ PLZ! ) Looking surprised by something? I dunno. a quick experiment with the black and white setting of Ms Paint. quite fun.
