Third of three mermaids I drew for MerMay
This one's based on a jellyfish (and gave me the most hell to draw/ink/color lol).

I used primarily Prisma markers but I used a Copic marker for the...I dunno what you'd call it, the "veil" on the jellyfish.

Oh lord! That was difficult
Basically I colored in the background first and made the parts of the background that would be seen through the transparent stuff a little lighter than the rest of the background and then layered the other color over it.
