Another watercolor painting of Toruń.
This time, the castle - to be precise, the leftovers of the Teutonic Knights' medieval castle, that was almost completely destroyed by the citizens of Toruń, leaving just some ruins and the danzker (toilet tower). It looks so gloomy becouse the weather was really bad that day, but I didn't let the cold wind and rain scare me from painting in the fresh air. I didn't finish it at once though - after one hour my hands got so cold, I couldn't handle the brush properly, so I had to finish it in my room later. There are some parts of this picture I really dislike and it has bad linear perspective (ok, it has almost no linear perspective), but it certainly shows the impression of rainy Toruń that I wanted to capture.
