Description
This year in spring I was visiting my friend in Scotland and she showed me some really beautiful places there, such as Stirling. I can't quite explain why, but when I saw this little church by the twisting street and the "old town jail" sign in the front, I instantly knew that I want to paint this view. Now that I actually painted it, I admit that maybe I could have chosen something more detailed, but I wanted to do this picture anyway. I sketched it right after I came back from Scotland in may, but then I sank into my studies, work and erasmus life and finally found some free time to finish it today, and there it is.
