the art work its self is brilliant, the shading is in proportion, the way you drew the people in the anime scene all have their own personality's that that they also show in the food that each person chose...the person on the right, Saito does in fact look very serious and does not look like he fits in the group, the only thing i do not like about your picture is how the booth climbs up next to where Sano is sitting... but i do like how you drew the bowls and plates... (i just randomly did the stars...so dont wory your atr work was good)

Like Sokkhue said, the shading and everything of that nature looks great. The highlights are well brought out as well and the colors are amazingly vibrant. I've seen you have Sano with a design on his arm before, almost like armor, but the one in this drawing has a rougher looking feel to it-i really like how it turned out.
I can see how he mentioned the table's perspective being a bit off, but i was wondering if it was from the character's pressing down on it. although it seems the wrong end would be leaning inwards.
I like how the food has been detailed-that is amazing to me(i hate drawing food)
Overall, it's a great piece. Look forward to seeing new stuff, and hope we both continue to improve in the coming years.

I just wanted to say how amazing this looks, it's so rich I could stare at it for hours. I like the idea of having them eating, it's fun and it turned out very well.
You captured all the characters, it's like you get to know them alot more by looking at this. The way they behave with the table sure tells a lot about their personalities.
My favorite is Ruyzaki in the back there. Just look at him lol.
What stuck me first is Sano, he looks much kinder here than I've used to see you draw him. But then I haven't seen that much of him, only the character description picture.
But I like him alot more in this picture, the look suit him. Looking forward to see what he is like in the final comic, as well as the rest of the cast.
Ok, I have to nitpick on something, or else this wouldn't count as a fair critique. It looks like the table is a bit out of perspective, but it's something minor.
Anyway, this looks fantastic. Easily one of your best. The colors very rich and detailed, and the shading is good. The characters looks fantastic. I could talk about this forever.

i watched some manga videos on youtube when someone was interviewing you over video chat and i heard your story and stuff and with your manga and stuff hope you make it big time your art is exquisite and i am planning on becoming a manga artist myself and making my own anime but i still gotta work on alot of things and for sure i'd be a fan of your anime when it comes out

Hey man if your now busy with your manga apple black I wanted to have a draw off just one picture of any of your characters this isn't about who can draw better it's just about creativity which we both have if you want to do this then it has to be in markers lol my Wacom skills need partice but just let me now.. And again this is not to see who!s better because I needn't think anyone is better than anyone because we all are improving everyday for those who will get mad about this I'm sorry..
