My first Sparklepup in a long series yet to come! They will be customizable and commissionable :3 Everything from colors, hair style, facial expression and shape, ear and tail shape, as well as accessories can all be customized.This pup is 4 inches long from nose to butt, and is made of fleece, faux fur, acrylic dome eyes, fabric marker, and handsewn silk yarn hair. It's brushable! All legs are jointed for a wide array of poses. Her name is Sakura after her inspiration.

between $40-$50 base price for fake fur on the head. if rooted yarn hair is wanted on the head, then it will be +$30 to the base price.

I have a question about the faces if you dont mind my asking, im makin a dog plushie and i get everything right except the muzzle, can you give me some tips on how to not make it look like a rabbit mmuzzle *when i post it ill show yo uwhat i mean* but if you dont mind helping wiht some tips i'd greatly appreciate it

sure! my guess is your original pattern your working from, you probably draw the nose a bit too rounded and short. when making the dog, be sure to really elongate that muzzle and end it in a point, whereas a rabbit's mouth would be more boxy wide and end in a rounded tip. sometimes you have to exaggerate that length a bit because after you sew and stuff, everything tends to get just a bit rounded.

so just make the muzzle longer :3 um do you just sow those two parts together or do you put a piece of fabrick in between it? cause i also put a piece inbetween it which might also be making it look like a rabbit. *like i said when i post it i'll show you, so maybe you can give me a critique?*

you can do it either way, it kind of depends on the level of realism you want. the two pieces together are better for chibi type faces and fabric that has lots of stretch. the piece in between is good for realism and fabric that may be stiffer. with that piece in the middle, my suggestion would be to make sure you aren't making that middle piece too wide. also you want to make that middle piece of variations in width, with the part on the muzzle being long and thin, then right in between the eyes you want it to be at its thinest, it should dip in at that point. then when it goes up to the brows it gets wider, and up on the forehead keeps the same general width that you established at the eyebrows, and then finish it to a point at the back of the skull (you know, that pointy area on the back of the canine's skull). and yeah X3 i'll be happy to give you a critique and see if i can see what's going on!

yeah i made it thin on where the muzzle is but it still looks kinda wierd, this is the second pattern i've done so im used to doing pigs and i can do thier muzzles ok.I would greatly appreciate that, i might even post my pattern on Photobucket so you can tell me what im doin wrong *wags* man i cant wait i really wanan make good plushies but no one i know really well makse them other then you so i REALLY appreciate this
