I think I love glowy just a little more than shiny because you can see glowy in the dark....but that aside SHINY is also good. :3

your art looks good. though for con critique you should try to add a few highlights on her hair to signyfy her hair is being hit by the light area. other than that you did well

youre welcome. and like try to do quick light strokes for the highlights and also gently blending em in with the blender tool or airbrush set on 30% or 14 % opacity.
