It's a combination of Rainlendar, RocketDock, DesktopX & Vista Sidebar.
Rainlendar for calendar & to do list, using a totally clear .png as the background
RocketDock for the row of icons at the bottom, again with a clear .png for the background.
DesktopX for the weather, the system meters (CPU & RAM usage, Uptime, clock & network status)
It's also used for the combadge & isolinear chips scattered about, that way I can move them around whenever I get bored.
Vista Sidebar for the hard drive meters, it's the My Computer Widget, undocked & drug over to the PADD
The PADD, tricorder & all the LCARS stuff is just the wallpaper.
I just combined parts of different LCARS resources I had & added in the equipment.
