For the longest time I never had a name for this character aside from Annoying Fairy #1. Yes, she's a fairy (of the unwinged variety xD) and she likes annoying travellers, annoying local wildlife, annoying the local shrine, pranking everyone alongside her brother, and molesting overweight satyrs. Yes, that too
Don't ask~ Usually, the local Shrine Maiden, Eiko, tends to keep Kats and her brother in line~Moar ridiculous shoes!

ANNOYING FAIRY #1 - it's like a title!
Anywho - I love the designs on her skirt, they look so... intricate XD. I need better words in my vocab. And I like how her hair is so...er, wild? Yeah, I definitely need to work on my vocab.
She's got a nice pointy nose XD. And I like her pose, what with her hand going like "nuh-uh"...oh gosh, I don't think I'm making sense...
