Perhaps you would like the name Demetri?
It reminds me of the greek goddess Demeter, the goddess of harvest and agriculture, and the produce grown for harvest and agriculture use the earth (or in other terms: soil, dirt, etc) to grow...
Forgive the dorky explanation of why I picked the name...just got through browsing through a bunch of Percy Jackson art lol.
Another name that came to mind was Terra.
Ya know, like terra firma (Latin for "solid earth"...) and such
