I know that he can do that, and it's my opinion that force of the Hulk's myriad schizophrenic [and often explosive] personalities would overwhelm him before he could get up to any trouble. It's never just Banner in there, the Hulk's brain is a neverending cage match.

I figure the same thing would happen if Freddy Krueger tried to take a shot at him.

Hulk has unlimited strength and endurance, that machete stabbed into his arm wouldn't happen in a real fight, it would shatter against his skin

Hulk would then either tear Jason limb from limb or pound him into a puddle of blood

Well, he did. Superior Spider-Man ends with Otto erasing himself and giving the body back to Peter. Which by the way leads to a hilariously awesome scene where the Goblin King starts mocking Otto and saying he will destroy his life, only to have a major "Oh, crap" when he realizes it's Peter he is talking to.

Yeah, that's a good point. That is just the sort of trick Jason would pull next. But then he would have to compete with the Hulk's myriad schizophrenic personalities, including [but not limited to] Bruce Banner, the dumb Hulk; the Gray Hulk [aka Mr. Fixit], the Professor Hulk, the Warlord Hulk, and the Hulk with almonds [all canon Hulk personas, except for the almond one]. The Hulk's brain is a madhouse run by violent gamma-powered inmates, and Jason is just one down syndrome zombie. They would beat him down with their collective willpower, rendering him useless.

Okay, so let's explore this scenario. It's an "old school" slasher with an axe versus a radioactive monster who regularly kicks the crap out of both the US Army, entire legions of superheroes, and sometimes monsters from outer space. In one version, I've even seen him eating his enemies after pounding them into mulch.

I can't even pretend to be impressed. Jason had a better chance.

Actually, if you watch the Hatchet films, its explained that Victor Crowley is just as unstoppable as Jason. The only difference is that, well...lets just say Jason at least kills them quickly. Victor Crowley is SOOOOO much more brutal.
