Description This statue of Nathan Jurevicius's beloved character Scary Girl was sculpted using digital tools, mostly 3ds Max with a touch of Zbrush. The digital model was printed using rapidprotyping technology and reproduced as a coldcast resin statue.

Sculpts such as this one can be produced in vinyl or resin, and this digital illustration was rendered in order to preview how the finished character will look when the character is manufactured using rapidprototyping.

Cool. So he's hired you to create a range of figurines based on his characters?

He hasn't. I sculpted this figure a few years back as a proof of concept that his specific design for this character could be matched precisely as a 3d model. We manufactured a limited number of statues, both full color and in a bronze finish, and have been selling them since. Both colorways were limited, but still available.
