Here is another Fakemon for Moann Pokedex. Read the description before making any posts about it looking like Pikachu.

Classification: Lightning Rod Pokemon
Pokedex Entry: Novice trainers usually mistake Kertzen for Pikachu due to their similarly colored coats and electric abilities, however, the similarities end there. Unlike most Electric Pokemon, Kertzen cannot generate electricity from their own bodies and must store it in their tails which are also standing straight up like a lightning rod. During thunderstorms, Kertzen gather to high places and wait for lightning to strike their tail, giving them the power they need to defend themselves.

Ability: Lightning Rod: When struck by an electric attack, this pokemon's special attack rises. It also draws all special based electric attacks used in a battle to it. This is useful in double battles with a partner weak to electricity.

Sparkat

Classification: Storm Seeking Pokemon
Pokedex Entry: Sparkat are often wandering looking for storms so that they may be able to charge their tails. However, when one can't be found, they seek out electric pokemon to battle as each charge makes them stronger. Pikachu, Raichu, Plusle, Minun, and Pachirisu are most often targeted by Sparkat since they are smaller and easier to pick on.
