The first thing I saw and thought was interesting was actually her chest. It's a water creature and those look like raindrops. That just adds to her water-ness XD

A nixie is a type of fresh water spirit, most often found in pools, ponds, and springs. Unlike some water spirits they are neither completely good or completely evil. They are one of the more neutral types of spirits: they don't go out of their way to harm humans, but it's best to stay on their good side.
At least, that's how they are in real-world mythology/folklore. How they act in the game I have no idea. Hope my explanation helped.

It look aquatic almost like a jellyfish design. She's very pretty reminding me of a sea nymph.
