You couldn't hide the icons in start menu so its still displays partially , also the noise on the black is kinda not my style , and the close , minimize maximize buttons are simply gone , you have to guess which is which.

was thinking about leaving a bit of routine and differences, leave the buttons to minimize, maximize and close without icons.

...very, very nice vs, distinctive and different. The "grunge" grey taskbar is unusual and appealling, and the touch of gold is very attractive. The Start button is the best ever.
Just a couple (so far) of minor criticisms -- Why throw in the Verdana font among all the Segoe UI? (I've replace the Verdana already.) Also, some of the window titles are hard to read due to the dark/blackish background. (I haven't had time to work on this one yet.)
Really an outstanding job; I hope you will make more for XP. Thank you for sharing.

YESSSSS!!!
Now THESE golden buttons look AMAZING and fit PERFECTLY with the theme!
Thank you for my new favorite XP theme and as it's your first, I'll be watching closely for future works
- as should M1cr0s0ft, maybe they could LEARN something from talented visual style creators as yourself!

Wow, this is a beautiful theme! Great job!
I only have one tiny gripe with it.
The inactive window buttons look a bit "unfinished" compared with the rest of the theme elements.
I wish they looked more like the taskbar buttons.
Still, I love it and am using it now!
Thanks for a very classy theme!
