anyway someone was ranting on facebook about a (gorgeous) image of varda having too much skin showing, and informed me that the valar are supposed to dress like victorian royalty??? can’t believe jrrt just left that out of all the books!!! in the meantime, here are ambarussa with cleavage,,,,

I like playing with the Ancient Greek and Ancient Roman fashion styles with a bit of Haute Couture thrown in.
