ZOMG A POKEMON... 
Nice work on this one, I really like the angle it's drawn from. The shading is also pretty good, as always I like the detail and everything it gives. The glow around it is nice too.
I don't have any real crits for this one, well I did, but they were just plain silly and you'd have to really stare at this drawing's details to see what I would be talking about.
