Cloud Background.Using Blues Contest Entry 1 and cloud brushes added to clouds that were already on the picture,
Cloud Brushes: ~Wearwolfaa
and the Brush Misty Path by ~LoRdaNdRe
I made the background to use on Celebration of a New Start ~
When using background give brush artists full credit, as well as the credit for the stock resource.

Thank you. I've learned so much since I made it that I may just remake it so the clouds have depth. I have slowly been redoing old stock and manipulations as I learn more about PhotoShop Elements.
