You know what time it is everyone. Here's our fourth mermaid of my Fish Out of Water story, Elaine. She's a mermaid that is attending a human college with four others. Unlike the rest of her roommates however, Elaine was not born a mermaid. She was a human girl subjected to painful experiments that finally led to her becoming a mermaid. She was eventually freed from the horrible facility she was locked away in, and is now hiding out at the college as a student while a permanent solution is found for her.
