My expression whilst drawing:
Tools: .5 mechanical pencil, 0.1 and 0.03 pigment liners, letraset promarkers (x19), Deep Paint filter and background.

Notes: This is a bit of a tribute to the hours I've spent these holidays in front of the tv watching Avatar: The Last Airbender, shortly followed by the hours I spent on the computer reading the extra comics of what happens afterwards (i.e. The Promise, The Search and The Rift). The image itself was originally inspired by this , for which I've spent an embarrassing amount of time cooing over. I'm estimating that this is when they're around 18, with Aang having a late growth-spurt. My conscience is now free to watch The Legend of Korra.

In other news: I've now graduated from university! This should mean that I have some time to actually read fiction and draw (and thus improve my drawing, something that hasn't occurred in three years . My friends have a three day writing competition coming up in a week, which I'm also looking forward to. I haven't written a whole story in such a long time, but having a three day deadline will certainly propel me into action.
