Going to Echo BalloonPrincess, this is a very inspired design!
The colors complement very well to her orange hair, and those green lines look like sleek tracers along her body and they add a nice variation to her body contours. Great work.
The way her color patterns change in each shape is very keen! It reminds me a bit of Plastic Man comics. It's very groovy to see that you thought about the different shapes and the color designs for each shape, yet you don't force the costume patterns match each new shape, you just go with what looks good.
THAT is what shapeshifting is all about, IMO: going with a slick aesthetic look that works for the new shape, rather than worrying about lining the costume design here or there blahblah.
You are doing great work with each new costume design, watergd. Keep it up!
