Yeah, that is Cynder. She got re-designed... Again! xD I'll finish her reference sheet sooner. Or later.
*Cough* Anyways, I was gonna use this as an icon, but it's too large. x_x GOD. Sometimes dA pisses me off. If anyone knows how to make it usable for an icon without messing it up, please lemme know! And show me it too by wearing it. xD Just for a test. You have my permission to do that.
Oh and that is a fail sorta wink. It's too slow but I'm too lazy to re do it. xD
So... Yeah! Oh and the background is Valentine's Day themed... Don't ask questions.

I made it in an art program called GIMP. Each frame you see is a layer in the program! Animations like these usually take from 20-40 layers or more.
