I decided to take another photo of smokie today on realising I was 3 views away from 15,000 page views so I decided to photograph the Dog who got me most of those in the first place.When I first started back in August 2011 I wasn't doing this for art. It was something fun with friends. But across many years it became a place for Smokie and Art. From Senior College to gap years, I uploaded personal art of various mediums from my life in Australia and New Zealand to my travels across Europe and somtimes bits and peices here and there. Sometimes things I wanted to show you people and sometmes things you people wanted me to show you. But what matters is I enjoyed every step of the way.
I don't think I will ever be as popular as I once was (2012/13). And despite most of my friends leaving this place for others (captaincuttlefish , Duskane , Spinifex0870 etc) I will stay here and upload things from time to time. I visit this page every day and take photos everytime I see something nice. So do not worry. I am not going anywhere.

What a gorgeous dog! How old is he now? So sleek, unusually so for a Kelpie, I have nevers sen one with his coloring either! It's like he's a Kelpie with Weimaraner aspirations!

He's 8, turning 9 this year so he is getting old unfortunately. Also the colouring is one of the rarer ones, some say you get 1 per 10 years but the truth is it's hard to breed for it. It's completely random. Thank you though, means a lot!

Aw, you're welcome! It's probably good people don't try to breed for it, as that narrow a gene pool causes problems, as has been shown with Dobermans and some other breeds.
