cool! but you can blend it better by decreasing the opacity of the lines and softening the edges...

Good idea, but the rinegan goes all the way around the eyeball.
And I think, (not sure) it might be grey.

Its not bad, the rings are evan enough but you should try blending them a little more so the reflection is on the top of the imige.

Is when you take to imiges and blend them into one. For example, if you look at my sharingan stock and than my Itachi youl notice they look a little diffrent, becouse I blened the imiges together so that the photo of th eye and my sharingan became one. You can also blend bya djust the opacity of your top layer.
But it also depends on what program you use. I dont think paint has a bleding option or blending filters. I use photoshop msotley. I do think Paintshop pro and illistratr have blending options but I havnt worked with them to mutch

You might want to blend the lines in more with the eye. It'll look more convincing if the refelcted light wasn't covered by the lines. You should be able to lighten those areas where the light i reflected. And the outer ring needs to blend in with the white part of the eyeball more because the iris sticks out from the eyeball
