His short description
The Nico singer Piko's personal symbol is the cat face "ﾋﾟωﾟｺ", in which is his nickname Piko-- ピコ. Since the Nico singer Piko seems to have a great many things such as plushies and pillows on which the ﾋﾟωﾟｺ symbol is printed, I envision that Utatane Piko would have a habit of drawing the same symbol on pillows, plushies, cat-shaped things and other cute things he likes.
...And yeah, it's a and Kiyoteru threw it. It's not really his item. Problem, Kirafags?
