Description Just finished this Floral Oil Painting tonight... sorry about the photo being a bit blurry. This is on a 16" x 20" canvas. Hopefully when it's dry, my Photographer friend will help me out once again and take a proper photo to show you! Until then... my crappy camera will have to do!! (haha)

Note: This new photo I took with my new camera! It's alot better - at least now you can see it much more clearly!

Oh wow, this is pretty! I love sunflowers, they're my favorite type of flower! An the basket looks great, too. It kind of fades into the background.

still looks great especially without the fuzziness it's unfortunate about the flashback from the cam. I have realised that often it can take numerous photos with a number of lighting techniques to make the photo right. i look forward to perfect photo which will show this paintings true perfection

Thank you so much for your vote of confidence Peter!! Yes, that darn flashback - I just don't have the capability on my camera (that I know of) to shut off the flash and just use natural light? But I will update this once I have a better photo taken by someone who know what the heck they are doing!! (hahaha)

Yes Renato, I replaced my first fuzzy photo with this one. It's clearer at least - but a friend of mine from work will hopefully help me out and take a proper photo of it once it is dry. Then I will update this one more time. I thought since this was clearer you could see it better!!

Thank you Gus! Sorry about the blurry photo... Hopefully Randy from work will help me out once again when it's dry. Then I'll update this so you can actually see it better. I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and invest in a better camera soon. Before Randy gets tired of taking my photos for me! (haha) My daughter only has 4 more months of College left - then maybe I'll be able to put some money towards one!

Just thought I'd send you a note that I updated this photo of my Sunflowers... I feel really silly, but I actually figured out how to shut off the flash so I can take naturally light photos! That's how I was able to take my own photos of two newest flowers I just completed "Cala Lillies" and "Hollyhocks". I may have my Steam Engineering ticket, but I don't know the first things about a camera! Pretty dumb hey?

even with a slightly fuzzy photo it shows that it is a very good piece. i actually had a few pictures taken Saturday whilst playing pool in one of the tiny breaks from the picture. i may upload them later but they were taken for one reason and one reason only... portrait reference like i did with gramps. . I am doing a portrait of my entire pool team so i can do MY Part of the team, lol
