Description This is a screenshot from Midtown Madness 2 -- I jumped Lombard Street in a 1971 Chrysler New Yorker and got a fair amount of air in the process. The landing was painful; the car flipped over several times and got messed up pretty badly.

The car is not mine, so I take absolutely no credit for it. It was created for GTA:VC by Carface and converted to MM2 by (I think) Riva. I downloaded it from MM2World.

All I did to get this pic was get the car up to about 80 mph going up the hill and not hit anything. The game is full of glitches so I had to fix some stuff before submitting it here (for example, the roof was off of one building and one whole city block was gone). Hope you like it.

If that's Telegraph Hill off to the left, then it's not in line with Lombard Street, which is supposed to lead you to Coit Tower. Lombard Street, of course, has more than what's shown here. For example, there's side courts and houses and stuff.

That said, this looks like a cool PC game.

It's a very stylized San Francisco. Not much of it is what one would call "accurate". That said, it's 10 times better than the San Francisco in the original "Driver" game, which had no one-way or diagonal/curved streets.
