The third, white hair with the eye covering, reminds me of Raiden from the MGS series.

I absolutely love the third one!! The cloth that covers the eyes and the clothing just give off a really awesome aura. They all look really powerful and it feels like they could easily lead any group of soldiers. The first one also looks very cool! The details are just amazing! He gives off a very strong 'final boss' kind of feeling. Looks arrogant and high in rank All of these are really thought out and the details are very pleasing to the eye, keep up the good work!!
