Why don't you try to remove all this noise with photoshop? Do you take photo in raw?

I am by far not a techie. I have photoshop and I DO shoot in raw but I am only currently able to use maybe 10% of it's potential. Whatever else this is by far my biggest downfall as a photog. I think the noise is due to the iso I shoot at but even so, I don't know how to get rid of it. Any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated!

I strongly suggest you to learn how to work on raw format, you can edit in the best way your photo and even remove noise.
It's not hard to learn, you can find so many tutorial on You Tube.
Yes, the noise in this photo is caused by high ISO, it is always advised to use low ISO, and to get a good light you can use the shutter and aperture.
Sorry for my bad english : )
