Chains imprison, but to some people,it grants security...

Nah...it's fine.
It's just that...I feel my life is going nowhere.I simply go to school and home and have never hanged out with friends in my life before(if I HAD friends here that is...)and have little freedom.Repeating this scene throughout my entire life feels...dull and trapped,in other words, insecure.Yet my lifestyle is supposed to grant security. So in short, one can feel insecure in security.

I feel ya, I really do.
I kind of feel like that at
the moment. I do hang out with
others from time to time (usually
when training at the gym) but I do
feel isolated being in this house all
by myself. That tends to make me feel
like a billy-no-mates. I sometimes
wonder exactly where the hell
I'm going in life, and I'm
in my early-30's.
Usually, whenever I put up a journal on
DA, it's quite often ignored (well, that's
what it feels like, anyway) and my general
artistic productivity sucks!
I also have self-esteem/self-confidence
issues. In the past, I've just felt that
no matter what I try to do, people
just shit on it.

I'm 16 and I don't have a single reliable friend in my life here and the house is more often than not empty.
I haven't drawn so little in all my life ever since school started this year.
When everyone looks at me,all I see is that they think I'm some freak of nature and that my existance is nothing but trash to trample on...

Are you usually home alone?
I fully sympathize with you.
I feel as though nobody
gives a toss about me.
Like I said, I haven't really drawn
that much myself. One thing I find
off-putting about DA is the way
some people seem to attract umpteen
thousand pageviews, and most of the
hardeworking artist barely
register on the radar.

Of course, with the exception of my dog and the maid.(we need a maid to keep the place in order because all of us are almost always out of the house at work or school.)
Yup,I get that sentiment, but hey, never rely on stats.
If an area has 100 men and 10 women...and after a few years the 10 women are married to 10 of the men...statistically speaking;10% OF THE MEN HAVE MARRIED 100% OF THE WOMEN!!!
