Anyway,Rushell looked a LOT more smexy stripping his shirt in my head than on paper...
Rushell has a very flambouyant sense of fashoin sometimes.(which explains the tail ribbon)

Yeah...as a kid he tended to start fires accidentally,small ones,so his parents were able to put them out on time.However,one night,a fire broke out...he ran to his parent's room which was flaming,but his parents aren't fire users so they...well...didn't make it.Only he survived that...he was 6 years old.
Imagine the fear of a 6 year old who has lost his parents...he blames himself for the fire,even though it's cause was unknown.So for him to grow up this well,I'd say he's got some heart.
