I have done 30 min studiesΒ for a while with different landscape, it helps keep things simple and not waste too much time on details. I think it is a great way to improve quickly on landscape. Like 10 to 20 studies of 30 min a week and you will see improvement really quick ! Hope it helps ^^

On a side note I'd actually love to try plein air painting once but I'm kinda clumsy with the brushΒ

You can try with digital plein air first and then go back to traditional plein air ^^
