I like the Depth of Field you used, but I think the lighting is a bit to hard. The shadows behind the mushrooms are to dark for my taste.
Perhaps with some back lighting you could fill in the dark shades.
The colours are wonderful.

I with the light was a little less harsh as well. I was on a hike when I found these and only had my on-camera flash, which tends to be too harsh in most cases.

Mushrooms always seem magical to me, they are just so strange compared to everything else in the forest.
