this is ma myo for the voodog event, he was fun as heck to doodle but I still need to give him a name oof q-qRelated content

To quote the species lore: When upset / distressed or tormenting their victim, their eyes, mouths, nose, inner ears and paws all flash and glow neon shapes
No other part of them but these should flash - however, you could keep the left side and have them as neon markings instead and making sure that people are aware that arms and tails do not change shape as it would be constantly changing the silhouette of the design!
Once these changes are made, this design can be approved!

just to make sure I understand I can keep this ref and the colour changing as long as specify that it's markings and not flashing? :0

No you can have colour changing because that is what voodogs do when they are stressed, hence why I said you coud have the left side as neon markings!
Once those changes are made I can approve it!

by colour changing I meant it going from clear to the neon markings, not flashing x'D

We don't do colour changing because it makes it very difficult when deeming it a redesign or not! So it either has to be clear markings or neon markings!
