Yeah its a very low budget movie. if you think that one is a doozy check out Sting of Death its a something weird video release.I am tempted to make a poster for it as well.

Thanks SXGodzilla, I love taking the craziest movies I used to watch as a kid and still do and try to make them look cool. That's how I got duped into watching them when i was younger those awesome posters sold it for me.

Holy smokes you have a VHS copy of Octaman, hold on to it, it might be worth something, I used to have a Betamax tape of Astro Zombies, unfortunately it got damaged in a house move, I am still sad I lost the tape.

Yeah, it's a really old copy too that we've had since I can remember. It's mostly black with Octaman surrounded by flames and all the non-black parts of the cover are in day-glow hues. XD

Do you use photoshop in the creation of these works? Im developing a tutorial site, and in the near future want to interview artists that I admire. As I am a photomanipulator, I'd love to gain an insight into the workflow of digital painting, and the techniques you use to achieve the finish to your work.

Would this be something you may be interested in?

I mainly use photoshop for the layout of the artwork ( when I am planning the piece) and then for the coloring and text as well, but the actual line work is done in pencil scanned in and worked on in photoshop.

Thankyou Oktober-nite, to be honest it wasnt with out a bit of struggle, at one stage i was worried there was too mutch green , then too mutch yellow. but in the end it seem to finally gel together.
