I looooooved drawing this. So.... Talya is a mutant wolf... so I thought....... why not give her.... SPECIAL POWERS???? Ok, no, it's just pretty cool radioactive water. Or whatever you want it to be. xD

Wow, that is really really good. I love the color choice the most, and the red eyes are a really nice contrast with the rest of the piece! I also really love the background, if i may ask, how did you get the bubble effect in the background? Great job overall!
