Hey, I'm sorry to read this, I'm from quite different enviroment, but I went through something similar in my childhood and another types of hell - so I'm not also 100% 'normal'. Better to run away from such an enviroment. Hope you've already moved and it's better these days. I'm always sorry to hear this. Past cannot be erased - more so, if something bad happen in childhood. I wish that your pain could be erased.   
I can sense what u could have been through and if we count years. So bad.
 

And about the art, it's absolutely amazing, u really showed well the emotions, I love it - that look, atmosphere, symbolism. And I love the look of character. It's really beautiful! <3 Hope your art helps to you personally!

I honestly think this piece would have been perfect if the wolf had open wide eyes that really show his fear, as the eyes makes him look pretty chill

The atmosphere, style and coloring blend together so well. That grass is so fluffy.  Onto the the description, wasn't expecting to see that but, it's good to vent/speak out about how you in art and in text.  I hope that everything goes well with the move.    For now, you do what you can to try keep your sanity until you are able to break the chains that bind you there.

But I'm amazed at all the time you put into this but it really shows! Personally I rush through things but after seeing this I think I should stop and take my time so it comes out nice n crisp like this! But that's not all you should be proud of you should be really proud of yourself and how far you've come in art, life, and everything else.

This is absolutely beautiful, I love the detailed, yet soft grass
