The coast guard detected in the radar an aircraft approaching to isla sorna it didnt answered the radio so they assumed the worst ...an airplane in problems....or trafficants looking for species for the black market ....
in both cases they have to go with military support

they didnt know that...the aircraft was a yautja spaceship in hunting season
guess what come next.....

This NEEDS TO HAPPEN! Your story recap just made more sense than anything Universal could put in the script of any of the movies past the first one. Seriously, I wouldn't trust the Jurassic World staff and characters to watch over an fire-ant farm. Much less a park with giant man killing dinos. So many, many, many, many, and (did I mention many enough) mistakes, logic fails, and sheer stupidity to cover the Darwin awards for the next decade!
