I am not qite sure but the german wikipedia says 1938 de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Packard_…
The german site has more information than the international one

Yea that kinda seems about right. My grandfather's was from the early 40's I think....looked similar in the photos.
Packard also had a hand in the Studebaker...I did not know that.
