This is interesting. I wonder how you created this glitch effect and also I like the way you drew the hair. Also I suggest you to study anatomy of shoulders and collarbones a bit

Ahh thank you for the constructive feedback! Looking back at it now I can definitely the shoulders look rly off
For the glitch effect I used the rgb channels on photoshop to create a messy glitch (the 2nd frame of the animation) and then randomly selected parts and shifted them for the other frame
