The behaviour is generally called "sun worshipping", where they sit up with their legs splayed and their arms spread out (usually resting on the knees), facing towards the sun. I suppose they do it to warm up and enjoy the rays, same as humans at the beach do.
It's quite common behaviour among a number of lemur species, so if you ever watch lemurs at a zoo it's likely you'll catch some of them doing this from time to time!
