You know, I know this was drawn way before it came out, but this is actually a pretty hybrid of the classic Voltron design and the Legendary Defender version

Hard to say how long it took because I worked on it in betweeen client projects. If I worked on it straight maybe 3-4 days, only because I don't normally paint robots.

Thanks for the kind words and for stopping by, I honestly appreciate it. I tried to stay away as much as possible from the Bay inspired designs, but having said that, I am still a fan of the Transformers movie franchise.

I am too (well except a lot of number 2) and I dig this especially because I saw movie concept art being done for a Voltron film (derailed I think) that was very Bayformers in design. I really enjoy the fact that you struggled to have an original take. Great work again and youre very welcome.
