i think that she is a very pretty lady and her hat is cute, however the hat is the main focus and i think that if it were finished with color that it would make a bit more impact. maybe you could use some bright colors on the the hat and maybe kept the dress a solid and possibly dull color (brown, olive, navy). like she was proud of her hat and wanted to show it off like it was the nicest thing that she owned. or maybe that it was the newest thing that she owned. i think that that would look good. proportions look nice, except for the neck, that looks a little off. other than that, it's great work! e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="
